bluehippo took money from my bank account want give it back

requested comupter on july28,2008. cacelled order onjuly31,2008. told my money would be sent back to me,never recieved it. talk to various reps they said they will send me a refund form. still never recieved said form please help me get my money back. account number10872662 phone number 1 800-731-9477. please contact them immediately.

they also continued to offer me lesser amount and anything they can think of to keep my money.i really need my money. i just continue to hope they will give my money back. i realized i couldnt afford the payments every week so i czncelled. they said money was taken couldnt stop electronic system, but they will send my $99.00 to me like i said never recieved it yet.
